C’est la Vie Awarded Restaurant Reboot Grant

Northwest Wine and Food Society announced the third award in their Restaurant Reboot program. A $2000 grant was awarded to Keri Buhman of C’est la Vie French café in Vancouver. The grant is for the support of reopening and ongoing expenses in wake of the pandemic.

Battle Ground City Council Helping Residents and Businesses with Tax Decrease

The Battle Ground City Council recognized that many residents and businesses of the City are experiencing financial hardships related to the COVID-19 public health emergency. In order to offer a small measure of relief, the council has taken action to reduce the City’s water, sewer and stormwater utility tax rate from the current 22 percent to 12 percent.
