From Princesses to Extreme Cowboys.
Time to round up your posse and trot on over to Clark County Event Center for the Washington State Horse Expo taking place February 17-19, 2012 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Did you know that Clark County is the largest horse ownership county in the state of Washington? No wonder they decided to have the Washington State Horse Expo here…well, that and the fact that we are just pretty darn nice folks here…oh yeah, and we have a very cool event center…and the prettiest princesses around! You don’t even have to be a horse owner to enjoy this event.
Some of the highlights include Extreme Cowboy Racing, the majestic horses of FeatherDance, Steve Rother performing freestyle Doma Vaquera, and the Warm Beach Vaulters (picture a combination of dance and gymnastics performed in harmony with a moving horse). The 2012 Miss Vancouver Rodeo Queen, Larissa Marini will be joining the Riverview Community Bank Clark County Fair Court, Queen Marisa Hermance, Princess Alexa Valdez and Princess Sierra Durado greeting visitors at the front door and spending time coloring and entertaining the young cowboys and cowgirls at the Kids Corral.
Aside from the full schedule of entertainment, there will also be Educational Seminars and Lectures; Nutrition, Wellness and Health Practitioners; and hundreds of quality vendors.
Gates open Friday, Feb. 17, 3:00–9:00pm, Saturday, Feb. 18, 9:00am–9:00pm, and Sunday, Feb. 19, 9:00am–7:00pm at the Clark County Event Center (17402 NE Delfel Rd, Ridgefield).
