Unicorn and rainbow family-friendly activities will be the theme for June’s First Friday with a sticker scavenger hunt passport, games and crafts, a ribbon-cutting, art shows, live music, and after-hours shopping. All come together to create fun for all ages on First Friday, June 3rd, 5-8 pm.
The First Friday passport activity is the “Unicorns & Rainbows Sticker Scavenger Hunt”. Find Eunice the Unicorn in each participating location, see the “clue” she’s sitting next to and add the corresponding sticker to the business spot on the passport. Passports and sticker sheets can be picked up at the Downtown Camas Association (DCA) tables in Journey Church, 304 NE 4th. Drop off your completed passport to the DCA tables to enter to win unicorn and rainbow-themed prize baskets. The more places you go, the more chances you have to win.
First Friday activities include:
Art Shows and Receptions at Attic Gallery, 421 NE Cedar, and Camas Gallery, 408 NE 4th.
Take your picture with a beautiful unicorn, 6-7 pm in or by Journey.
FREE Unicorn Kids’ Craft at LiveWell Camas, 417 NE Birch, from 5-8 pm with Girl Scout Troop #47503
Play in the Unicorn & Rainbow Bean Bag Toss Competition and you could win festive unicorn prizes
Dress in unicorn and/or rainbow attire and you will have extra chances to win prizes

Also enjoy after-hours shopping, dining, and specials throughout town.
“Last year was our first Unicorns & Rainbows Sticker Scavenger Hunt and people loved it!” says Carrie Schulstad, director for the DCA. “It’s a great way to explore our downtown shops and have fun with your family and friends. We’re so very happy to also get to celebrate with Naturally Healthy Pet and cheer them in their new location. We encourage everyone to dress up in the theme and come on down and support our downtown small businesses.”
