On August 26, 2017, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm come out to the Cedar Creek Grist Mill for “Tasty Treat Day”.
Be sure to take the opportunity to get a peak at history in action as the mill grinds grain with its huge pulleys and spinning belts, the way it was done in 1876 with natural water power.
Knowledgeable volunteers will be on hand to give you a tour and answer any questions.
Plus you can take home a free sample of flour to get baking tasty goodness in your own kitchen.
This is a FREE event is a great one for all ages…of course, donations are always appreciated to help keep the Cedar Creek Grist Mill going.
If you have some extra time, there are some wonderful nature trails surrounding the mill to explore!
