When we shop local, we are supporting members of our own community who also have a vested interest in the success and future of our local community; and local businesses have a tendency to purchase from other local businesses, farms and service providers, as well as donate more to local non-profits. Join the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce as they feature some of Southwest Washington’s best local businesses at the Biannual Shop Local Business Showcase on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 4 to 7 pm at the Red Lion Inn at the Quay (100 Columbia St., Vancouver, WA).
This is also the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event, so be prepared for some fun! Door prizes, networking opportunities, and a no host bar in the lounge make it easy and fun to make the right connections with local businesses and support our local community. One lucky attendee will also walk away with a brand new iPad2 courtesy of DESIprint!
