On these dreary days of winter, do you look at your garden and start imagining what it will look like in the spring? I know I do!
Here’s a great way to grow your garden, and maybe meet some new friends, the Seed Swap at the Historic Venersborg Schoolhouse on Sunday, January 28, 2018, from noon to 4:00 pm.
This event is free to attend and you will be able to find lots of heirloom and non-GMO varieties of seeds, plus other plants. Bring your own seeds, plants, tubers, starts or cuttings to share, or just come and see what others are growing in their gardens this year.
You don’t need to bring anything to attend (and can still take some seeds home) but if you feel obligated to bring something and don’t have any seeds, a snack or donations are always welcome.
