Santa Makes Early Visit at Marshall House

hey! sharing is caring :)

Visitors to Christmas at Fort Vancouver this Saturday, December 12, are invited to stop in the historic Marshall House for a visit with Santa, and to experience the elegant house all decked out for the holidays.

Santa will be in the house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Supplies will also be provided for children to write letters to Santa and put them in the North Pole Mailbox. Cider and hot chocolate will be served. Parents are encouraged to bring their cameras.

The spirit of the season is captured in the 1885 house on Officers Row that was once the home of General George C. Marshall. Tours of the house will be offered throughout the day. It is located at 1301 Officers Row.

Families may also visit Pearson Field Education Center (PFEC), which is open every Saturday, between 1pm and 5pm, with free, fun and educational aviation-related activities for children of all ages. PFEC is at 201 East Reserve Street.
