Recycled Art and Green Living Come to Esther Short Park

hey! sharing is caring :)

The eighth annual Recycled Arts Festival will reveal trash turned treasure, metal masterpieces, and other amazing works of wonder on June 28th, 2014 from 9am to 5pm and June 29th from 10am to 4pm.

Join the community in learning how to reduce waste, see the unique ways to recycle and reuse, browse the works of local artists and vendors, listen to music, be entertained my stilt-walkers and jugglers, and help your kids make something of their own to take home.

The festival is bound to be a success… come rain, come shine… and just in case come extreme heat… cooling stations will be your saving grace.

The second annual Green Living Showcase will be joining the festivities, creating the perfect pairing to encourage an environmentally friendly outlook at life.

The showcase will feature local companies that pride themselves on being eco-friendly, guarantee high-performance, and have a wide variety of sustainable products and services.

Admission is free. Bring the kids, bring the dog, bring the neighbor. It’s the perfect day to visit the park to be awed, inspired and GREEN!
