Hot handmade pizza, good friends, at the park: now that’s a formula for some good fun. Add in the pizza is made by a local independent business using local ingredients, and you have a great eating event.
Come join the Lower Columbia Alliance for Living Sustainably – LOCALS – in a river side gathering featuring Russells Bread wood fired oven pizza topped with local foods and Hot Lips sodas. Support local food providers and farms on Aug 17 from 5:30 – 7:30 for Pizza in the Park at Marine Park (near the Water Resources Center). The dinner will also help support LOCALS programs focusing on your local and regional food system. Tickets must be purchased in advance either at Russells Bread farmers market booth (Camas, Salmon Creek, and Vancouver) or at LOCALS.
