The Police Activities League of Vancouver (PAL) recently announced that the organization had received a $2,300 grant from Walmart Store #3145 (Grand Blvd., Vancouver) for their small group mentoring program: Prospere. Prospere is a school-based leadership development program where teens learn what success looks like. The teens drive the curriculum itself, while PAL staff facilitate monthly sessions with the support of law enforcement and community mentors.
