Paddle For Life 2015 | Vancouver Lake

hey! sharing is caring :)

Join in the fun on May 23rd and 24th at Vancouver Lake Park for a dragon boat festival, Paddle for Life, benefitting the Disabled Veterans Water Sports Program at Vancouver Lake. Register a team or come cheer on the participants…no experience needed. This all-inclusive event is a great way for family, friends, and co-workers to experience a unique sport, while coming together for a great cause.

Money raised will go to structural improvements to docks and ramps to allow ADA access to all equipment.

About Paddle for Life
Paddle for Life is a non-profit organization that helps raise money and awareness for community causes through the fast growing sport of dragon boating. The first Paddle for Life started in Foster City, California in 2007.

About Disabled Veterans Water Sport Program
The Disabled Veterans Water Sport Program provides freedom for many disabled veterans.  In a rowing shell or kayak they have mobility that they do not have otherwise, there are not limitations.  This is a free program, supported by donations and fundraising events like races.

Please help us help the men and women who gave so much more than their time defending our freedom.

Event Location:
Vancouver Lake Park
6801 Northwest Lower River Road
Vancouver, WA
