Hoops on the River is the biggest 3 on 3 basketball tournament in Southwest Washington, and happens right here in Vancouver USA on Saturday and Sunday, August 15-16, 2015.
There are over 180 teams participating this year on 25 courts surrounding Esther Short Park. Competing teams range from boys and girls in First Grade to men and women’s teams, elite teams, wheel chair and special olympic teams.
