With a grocery or drug store just a stones throw away, we take for granted how easily we can purchase what we need to ease a common ailment. However you might have a remedy much closer…right in your own backyard.
Join Master Gardener, Eloyce O’Connor on July 26th, from 6:45 pm to 7:30 PM, for a FREE hands-on workshop on First Aid from the Garden, presented by WSU Extension Clark County Master Gardener program.
Eloyce will lead a walk around the garden at at Helen Baller Elementary School, describing plants that might be useful for situations such as bee stings or minor pain relief and other emergency first aid.
Be sure to dress for the weather, bring water and maybe some bug repellent.
