Local General Contractor Matrix Roofing & Home Solutions recently announced the hiring of Darcy Altizer as Director of Innovation. Altizer formerly served as the Executive Director for Southwest Washington Contractors Association (SWCA) and prior to that as a Vice President for the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.
CEO Wendy Marvin states, “We have some exciting plans in the works and Darcy is going to be an instrumental part of our execution. After listening to our customers and their needs we’re diversifying our services to include more offerings.”
Matrix Roofing & Home Solutions is a woman-owned general contractor established in 2007. The company roots are in roofing, but the new services will include full renovations as well as interior and exterior home repairs. The company was awarded the Small Business of the Year Award in 2018 by the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.
Licensed, bonded, and insured in both Oregon and Washington, Matrix converted to a fully woman-owned General Contractor in 2016, and is finishing their WBENC (Woman Owned Business certification).
