Columbia Springs invite explorers of all ages and abilities to experience a one of a kind urban nature adventure on Saturday, October 17th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Family Nature Fest features a sing-along with “Recycle Man”, Oregon Zoo animals, trout hatchery tours, Spanish/English bilingual nature hike, “Forest Pharmacy Hike,” and a comedy and magic show by Rose Festival’s “Clown Prince,” Angel Ocasio. The event also includes activities for toddlers, a scavenger hunt, and more!
Family Nature Fest takes place at Columbia Springs, 12208 SE Evergreen Highway in Vancouver. The event is $5 per child ages 2 and up; free for accompanying adults. Scholarships are available. Full schedule of activities and more information is available at columbiasprings.org.
