hey! sharing is caring :)

Are you interested in a law enforcement career? Or are you looking for an opportunity to volunteer with the community in an exciting and meaningful way? Well this might be the perfect fit!

The Clark County Sheriff’s Reserve Unit is now recruiting volunteers for its 2018 Academy.

On March 2, 2017, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM there will be an informational meeting held by Clark County Sheriff’s Reserve Unit at the West Precinct (505 NW 179th Street) in Ridgefield.

This meeting will provide information about the Reserve Program and testing process for potential volunteer Reserve Deputy Sheriffs.

What is the Clark County Sheriff’s Reserve Unit? Those that volunteer for the Reserve Unit are fully commissioned law enforcement officers who give their time in support of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Members can be found performing routine patrols, responding to emergency calls for service, protecting crime scenes, serving the public in large community events, and many other functions.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, be able to pass a physical agility test and be willing to make a two to three year minimum volunteer commitment.

For more information about the Reserve Unit, please go online or email [email protected].
