Summer vacation is here, family budgets are getting tight, and our Clark County weather can be a bit, umm, unpredictable. So, here’s a suggestion…sign the kids up for the Kids Bowl Free program offered at Hazel Dell Lanes or the Kids Bowl Free Program at Big Al’s!
That’s right, kids can bowl 2 games every day from now until September, totally FREE at Hazel Dell Lanes or Big Al’s Vancouver! I know, you must be thinking, “Free, what’s the catch?”. Well, I thought the same thing a few years ago when I first heard about it and talked to the folks at Hazel Dell Lanes. Guess what I found out…No catch, just register each child that will be bowling, and the passes are emailed to you each week. Up to two games, every day, all summer long (if you don’t have shoes, you will need to rent those)! There is also an option to purchase a family pass for $24.95 which allows four adults two free games of bowling every day.
This is a great way to introduce your kids to the sport of bowling (it is a High School Sport for girls), with no up front costs or worry about the weather; and, unlike other sports, physical size, shape, or age doesn’t matter.
