barre3 Camas is holding their annual barre3 in the Park class on Saturday, August 13, at Doc Harris Stadium. The event is free and all are welcome!
Make sure to bring a yoga mat, sunscreen, and water bottle. Registration begins at 9:30am. There will be a raffle for barre3 goodies, and you’re welcome to stick around, mingle and connect with vendors and friends until 11:30.
Kainos Coffee will be on-site to grab a coffee before or after, and childcare will be provided (3 years+), compliments of Goddard School (reservations required).
