The Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County has supported public education, and student scholarships through the Building Futures Foundation since 2002. It is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for scholarships for students that are interested in pursuing an education in the building, construction and real estate trades at an accredited college, university or trade institution. Students will be selected based on financial need, academic relationship to the building industry, community service, grade point average and quality of application submitted.
JB Homes is helping to raise money for this year’s scholarships by sponsoring a Mardi Gras Casino Night. The event will be held February 21st, 5:30-9:30pm at the The Heathman Lodge. Heathen Brewing will be making a tasty appearance. Come ready to win and help our local students!
