Battle Ground Rotary Club will be hosting their annual fundraiser, Festival of Wreaths and Wine as an online auction this year taking place December 2-5, 2020.
“This year, because of COVID, it will be an online auction to be held across 4 evenings, and we will be auctioning 25 gorgeous custom decorated Christmas wreaths that have been sponsored by local businesses. We will also be auctioning themed gift baskets including items like a basket sponsored by the Ridgefield Raptors, a backyard concert with Amber Sweeney, an Italian style wine basket, a Spanish style wine basket – You will have to attend to see all the great things!”
The funds generated from this auction are used exclusively to support local and international service projects. In 2020, the BGRC has funded buying medical equipment for Battle Ground Healthcare, donations to North County Food Bank, donations to Shelterbox, donations to Meals On Wheels, a relief fund for the Santiam Fire victims, and funding food and education for four students in Kenya, Rise to Shine program.
