Annual Children’s Parade and Celebration

paradeThe Felida and North Salmon Creek Neighborhood Associations, along with many other community partners, are excited to bring you this year’s Annual Children’s Parade and 4th of July Celebration at Felida Park.


Kids, decorate your bike, trike or wagon; wear a costume; and march, ride, walk dance and wave to music as you Parade down the streets.  Don’t worry parents, streets are blocked off for this event!

Parents, bring your lawn chairs, beach blankets, sunscreen, and cameras and enjoy the Parade!

After the Parade, enjoy a community 4th of July Celebration at Felida Park.  There will be lots of games and activities for the whole family to enjoy; including free antique fire engine rides, free picnic lunch provided by the Salmon Creek Lions, free Krispy Kreme, a replica Lewis & Clark camp.

There will also be booths and tables from some of the organizations that provide public services and/or improve the quality of life in our community and environment.

Here is the schedule of events for the 4th of July Parade and Celebration:
10:45 Line up at Felida Park
11:00 Streets Close for Parade
11:15 Parade Commences
11:35 Parade Returns to Felida Park
11:36 Picnic, Fun and Games Begin
12:30 Lewis & Clark Presentation #1
1:30    Lewis & Clark Presentaion #2
