Going to Market in Battle Ground
It finally seemed like the first few days of summer, so we decided to take in the sights and sounds of the Battle Ground Village Outdoor Market. While not as big as some of the other local markets such as the Vancouver Farmers Market – and while not a true ‘Farmers’ Market like the Salmon Creek Farmers Market – the Battle Ground Village Outdoor Market had a seemingly perfect combination of quantity and quality of vendors, and with great proximity to the balance of the merchants that take up shop in Battle Ground Village.
We thought we would share some of the pictures and a quick video we took while at the Market. The market runs Saturday’s through September and should be really hopping in mid-July at the Battle Ground Harvest Days event.
