A Storm is Brewing in Hazel Dell

A Brainstorm, Actually!

The NE Hazel Dell Neighborhood Association is planning a special neighborhood association brainstorming session on October 19, 7 pm, at the Clark County Operations Center Community Room (4700 NE 78th St).

“What can the North East Hazel Dell Neighborhood Association (NEHDA) do better for you or your neighbors? Do you, or do your local neighbors have a problem or an issue you would like given attention? It could be anything:parking problems, vandalism, car prowls or break-ins; vacant and non-maintained houses; grass and weeds not cut; hazardous intersections; graffiti; etc.

Would you like to see more attention given to the positive things that happen in your immediate area, such as recognition for those neighbors who work to make our community a better place to live and work, or to recognize the folks whose home and property are bright spots in the neighborhood?

We would like your ideas to make the NEHDA better serve your, and our, community. Please come to the October 19th meeting, or ask one of your neighbors to come and bring your ideas. More than 17,000 people live within the boundaries of the NEHDNA – similar to the population of Battleground. Within that 17,000 people is a wealth of ideas and potential to make Northeast Hazel Dell a better place to live and work. We need your ideas. Be sure to mark October 19 on your calendar to come and help make your neighborhood association even more effective.” ~NE Hazel Dell Neighborhood Association
