Benefiting Our Local Schools.
Need an excuse to go to Smokey’s Hot Oven Pizza (besides the awesome jo-jos, my favorite!) ? Well, how about this one…you want to help out our local school-aged kids.
It’s almost back to school time, and there are a lot of local families that are struggling to send their kids back to school with the supplies they need. If you can, pick up a few school supplies (most of the stores have lists of needed supplies), but most basic needs are backpacks, #2 pencils, colored pencils, crayons, erasers, glue sticks, safety scissors, and paper (both spiral bound and filler). Then head on over to Smokey’s and drop them off in the big box at either location.
While you’re there, might as well stay for lunch or dinner! Smokey’s Hot Oven Pizza offers Fish ‘n Chips, Chicken, Jo-Jo’s, Salads, Nachos, and of course, Pizza! Visit either the Hazel Dell location (6920 NE Hwy 99) or the Orchards location (10411 NE Fourth Plain). And, on Mondays Kids Eat Free (see store for details).
