The Vancouver Wine and Jazz Festival is one of the best jazz festivals in the Northwest; bringing lovers of jazz, wine, fine art and good food from around the globe to the heart of Vancouver on August 26, 27 and 28, 2016.
Celebrating its’ 19th season, the Vancouver Wine and Jazz Festival continues to grow and features visual artists, hundreds of wines, local restaurants and numerous commercial exhibitors. “Enjoy internationally acclaimed jazz, blues and pop musicians, as well as local and regional jazz musicians; over 200 wines, especially Pacific Northwest wines, to sample and taste; fine artists/crafters featuring all forms of artistic genres/media; a variety of Northwest cuisines by local restaurants; and commercial exhibitors of all types.”
The festival will take place at Esther Short Park. There is no reserved seating available (or seats, either ;-) ), so bring your own low-back lawn chairs, blankets, or just kick back on the grass and enjoy the sounds, sights, and tastes of the great Pacific Northwest. This is a family-friendly event, so bring the kids, too! “We want kids to hear the music and see all the fantastic fine art – maybe there is a budding jazz musician or fine artist out there! So, kids 12 and younger are admitted FREE with parents or adult guardian.”
Discount advance tickets are available for $20 for Friday, $25 for Saturday and $25 for Sunday; or a three-day pass for $60. For more information, including a full concert schedule, participating wineries, exhibitors, etc… visit the Vancouver Wine and Jazz Festival online.
