Remember when you were little and got such a huge thrill when you met a “real life” firefighter or police officer? Well, here’s your chance to relive your childhood and/or share that experience with your child during the Annual Open House at the Public Safety Complex at the Clark County Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 19, 2015 from noon to 4 pm.
Enjoy a little lunch (hot dogs, chips and soda provided) while you check out the emergency vehicles, grab some information from our community partners, watch an Auto Extrication, K-9 Demo, and Life Flight Landing. There are also kids activities, prizes, health screenings, and more. Heck, you can even take a shot at dunking Sheriff Atkins at the Dunk Tank (3 balls for $5, supporting Santa’s Posse).
This event is a great community event and fun for the whole family…and it’s FREE! The Public Safety Complex at the Clark County Fairgrounds is located at 505 NW 179th Street, Ridgefield, WA. For more information, visit Clark County Washington Community Information online.
