The count down begins for the four day event celebrating thirteen years of anime and Japanese culture. The 2015 Kumoricon is back…gathering together fans of all ages for an amazing Labor Day weekend (rain or shine…most likely shine we hope) in downtown Vancouver WA.
This is the largest anime convention in the Portland OR, gaining its namesake (kumori) from the Japanese word “cloudy”. Kumoricon embodies everything it means to live in the Northwest.
This year the fandom event takes over downtown Vancouver WA, spanning two nearby hotels: The Hilton and the Red Lion Hotel at the Quay. And of course there is the beautiful downtown area to explore and enjoy the weather.
