Stay cool at Camas First Friday with the theme “Small Town Summer Fun” on August 7th from 5-8pm. Activities will include:fun water games to play and earn tickets, water balloon toss, toe fishing for marbles, squirt the cup race, play the “Summer Word Game” at participating locations and earn tickets to win prizes from the merchants, summer fan and windsock crafts for kids and adults and just relaxing under the mister.
There will be live local music as well as one of the “Keys to the City” upright grand pianos, painted by local artist Natalie Andrzejeski and tuned by the School of Piano Technology for the Blind, will be unveiled at this First Friday. The piano will be in downtown outside near the Camas Gallery, 408 NE 4th, from August 7th through the 16th for any and all to play!

Vancouver’s Downtown Association will begin their First Friday with a reception at The Vancouver Marketplace (corner of 8th and Columbia) from 5-7 with free beverages and light hors d’oeuvres.
The Clark County Mural Society is thrilled to showcase three outstanding new murals in our downtown. The announcement of the winners of the first, second and third place cash prizes will be made at 6PM at the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce (look for their back lot on C Street and 11th. Have a piece of birthday cake as they celebrate their 125th birthday.
Like local history? The Clark County Historical Museum invites you to enjoy FREE ADMISSION during First Friday Downtown. Stop by to enjoy history and tons of displays. Other downtown shops and galleries will be open until 9 pm and will feature various artists, music, and more.
