The City of Vancouver Parking Services will launch an online downtown parking customer satisfaction survey at the Vancouver Downtown Association’s (VDA) quarterly meeting on Oct. 9, 2014.
Downtown residents, business owners, employees or visitors who park in downtown Vancouver are welcome to take the City survey. A link to the survey will be available on the City’s website at www.cityofvancouver.us/parking, starting on Oct. 9. The survey will close on Nov. 1, 2014.
The results will be compared with a similar survey from 2011 and used by City staff, the Parking Advisory Committee, and the City Council to help develop downtown parking policy and make decisions about the City’s role in downtown parking.
The VDA meeting starts at 7:45 a.m. at the Vancouver Hilton, 301 W. 6th St. It is open to the public and will feature a panel discussion about downtown parking issues.
