Woodland Welcomes Tulips

hey! sharing is caring :)

tulips_600Holland America Bulb Farms, Inc has helped put the small town of Woodland, Washington on the map with their bulb and flower business and their phenomenal annual Tulip Festival. For 12 years, the festival has welcomed people from far and wide to visit and see the circus of colors in the expansive tulip fields.

Festival activities will be in full swing on April 12th and 13th, and April 19th and 20th from 10am to 4pm. Admission and parking is free. The farm and gift shop are open all week during April, Tuesday thru Friday 9am to 5pm the rest of the year.

The Tulip Festival has a host of things to experience… the bountiful fields of bulbous flowers is only one aspect of the celebration. You’ll also find a gift shop with unique trinkets, gift ideas, and cut flowers, vendors with everything from orange cream fudge to handmade yard decor, a petting zoo, and what festival is complete without food? Enter a photo of your little bundle of joy to win the cutest baby contest, or take part in the farm’s first ever U-Pick opportunity. Whether you are from the Netherlands yourself and crave a taste of home, or you are from Washington and want to try something new, this is the place to find yourself this April!

For more information on the festival, farm, or ordering bulbs, visit Holland America Flower Gardens online, or call 360-225-4512. See you this Spring in the tulip fields!
