Walk and Knock – America’s largest local food drive – is back to its worthy efforts to help those less fortunate in our community. And again this year the Walk and Knock is being best served by a “Drive and Drop” collection.
Walk and Knock solicits charitable donations of food, supplies, and money, which in turn are given to the Clark County Food Bank for providing food to those in need across our community. Your assistance and contributions help so many people.
This year bring non-perishable food and/or toiletries to one of ten local collection locations (see link to map) on Saturday, December 4, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m, or drop them off at any Riverview Community Bank, Les Schwab Tire Center, or CostLess Auto Parts, from November 29th through December 10th.
You may also donate directly to Walk and Knock at their website, https://walkandknock.org/
Last year’s Drive & Drop was a big success with 134,000 pounds of food and more than $115,000 collected.
