During these challenging times, the annual Walk & Knock Food Drive will continue supporting those in need in our community. Bag folding and door to door collection will not be happening in 2020. Rather, community members have three options to support Walk & Knock.
“There’s a huge need in our community this year. By making these adjustments, and with faith in our generous community, Walk & Knock will continue its 36-year history of helping those in need.” ~Walk & Knock Food Drive
Ways to support the Walk and Knock Food Drive for 2020:
Drive & Drop: Instead of sending out bags and having thousands of volunteers collect them on December 5th, Walk & Knock is asking you to bring donations of non-perishable groceries or toiletries to one of eight drop-off sites throughout Clark County. Volunteers will unload them from your vehicle to reduce risk.
Donate Money: You can also make a financial contribution. All the money collected goes directly to the Clark County Food Bank to help those in need. Checks can be sent to PO Box 353, Vancouver, WA 98666, payable to Interservice Walk & Knock. Credit card donations can be made online here.
Donation Barrels: Walk & Knock will also have drop-off barrels from December 1 – 14 at all Riverview Community Bank, Les Schwab Tire Center, and Cost Less Auto Parts locations.
