Visit Vancouver Trout Hatchery

hey! sharing is caring :)

Did you know that every 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Columbia Springs hosts guided walks?

Each guided walk consists of an easy stroll or tour with themes on native plants, animals, geology, local history, and the fish hatchery.

Bring the whole family out on Wednesday, May 17th to the Vancouver Trout Hatchery and learn about the water, the fish and the rearing process.

You will also explore the rich history surrounding this operation, which has been continuously raising fish since 1938!

This free event (although a suggested donation of $5 is appreciated) is appropriate for all ages. Walks meet at the SWIFT Classroom and take place rain or shine.

To save your spot (space is limited to 30), register by sending an email [email protected] or giving Columbia Springs a call at  360-882-0936 x224.
