Celebrate Diversity Along Officers Row!

Join the parade!

More than 60 third-grade classrooms from Vancouver and Evergreen public schools will celebrate cultural diversity on Friday, April 22 and will participate in this year’s parade, which is the culmination of classroom instruction about different cultures around the world.

Students from Marshall Elementary School feature their in-depth study of NW Coastal Indians. The Youth Escola de Samba from Hough Elementary School will perform, as well as the Columbia River High School marching band.

The parade route is along 5th Street and E. Evergreen Boulevard at the Fort Vancouver National Site and will begin at 9 am.
