The tradition continues! Join your family, friends, and Santa for the annual Vancouver Community Tree Lighting Celebration and Concert on Friday, November 24, 2017, starting at 4:00 pm.
The Vancouver Rotary Foundation Community Tree Lighting will be held in Esther Short Park. Enjoy live holiday music with childrens’ choirs, food vendors and the illumination of 10,000 lights on downtown Vancouver’s holiday tree by Santa at 6:00 pm.
Then, continue the evening fun with a free Vancouver Pops Concert at the Hilton.
Holiday trees will not be on display at the Vancouver Hilton on Thanksgiving Weekend as in the past; but beautifully decorated trees will be on view at Divine Consign through December 15, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Raffle tickets for the trees and prizes will be on sale to benefit local nonprofit organizations including the Children’s Center, Humane Society of SW Washington and Northwest Association for Blind Athletes, Hough Foundation, and Gifts for Our Community.
The Vancouver Farmers Market will hold a Holiday Market at the Hilton Hotel, November 24, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; November 25, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and November 26, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
