The Winds and Strings Celtic Band Benefit Concert will benefit the Winter Hospitality Overflow (WHO) Program, a winter overflow shelter program. The concert is free to attend. A free will offering will be taken to support WHO; just $28 meets the programs weekly cost for one guest.
