Mark your calendars for the 9th Annual National Get Outdoors Day event on Saturday, June 10 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, which will be held near Fort Vancouver, along East 5th Street and in the Great Meadow.
Clark County Parks and Recreation unveils new play equipment available for public use in Stockford Village Neighborhood Park, along NE 105th Street just west of Interstate 5. The 4.2-acre neighborhood park built in 1978 previously offered a swing set and monkey bars. The equipment was outdated and did not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act so Parks Department staff had recommended its replacement.
