Special Christmas Ships Viewing at Terminal 1

hey! sharing is caring :)

The Port of Vancouver USA invites you to a special Christmas Ships viewing event and Terminal 1 Open House on Monday, December 5, 2016, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Come enjoy Christmas Ships viewing from the Grand Ballroom of the former Red Lion Inn at the Quay as well as getting a sneak peek at the Port’s plans to revitalize Terminal 1. WareHouse ’23 will provide coffee, hot chocolate, cookies and a cash bar for those 21 and older, and festive music provided by Vancouver Community Concert Band. Outdoor ship viewing will also be available at the high dock above the amphitheater; just be sure to dress for the weather.

“We will be collecting basic needs items at the event to benefit families and children served by the Fruit Valley Foundation. This includes new or gently used coats, shoes, socks, undies, toiletries, and food gift cards (WinCo preferred.) Our waterfront project team will also be on hand to share the latest information on the port’s plans to revitalize Terminal 1. Come celebrate tradition as well as the future at this family-friendly event!” ~Port of Vancouver USA

Christmas ships viewing and Terminal 1 Open House will take place on Monday, December 5, 2016 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm (ships are expected about 8 p.m.) at Terminal 1, 100 Columbia Street, Vancouver (former Red Lion Hotel). Parking is available at Terminal 1 as well as along Columbia Way.
