Do you have spirit? Yes, you do? Then show that spirit at the 23rd Annual Flag Day at Fort Vancouver!
Celebrate our nation’s stars and stripes and join in the ceremony on Wednesday, June 14th starting at 5:00 pm.
The ceremony will be held at the historic bandstand at Fort Vancouver, across from the Grant House (1101 Officers Row).
The event will feature the National Anthem, Flag History Quiz Show (Sunset Elementary 5th Grade Students vs. Clark County Mayors), a Declaration of Independence skit presented by Marshall Elementary 5th Graders and the Clark County Mayor’s Patriotic Tie Contest.
Make sure to stick around and enjoy all of the special Flag Day activities. There will be a patriotic songs sing-a-long, marching lessons, a tour of historic landmarks, a demonstration on proper flag etiquette and so much more.
This FREE event is open for everyone of all ages…so bring the whole family out for this fun and patriotic evening.
