Bring your friends and family downtown Camas for pie tastings and more fall fun! The November First Friday is a celebration of everyone’s love of pie with a variety of activities to create a family-friendly fall event in Downtown Camas. Visit downtown November 4, 2016, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm and enjoy holiday shopping, fall dining options, art shows, kids’ crafts and painting, s’mores, gratitude activities, and lots of pie!
“We will have our second annual Pie Walk/Dance Party—yes dance party—as part of this event!” says Carrie Schulstad, Executive Director of the Downtown Camas Association (DCA). “Who doesn’t love pie and having fun? We combine both of these for this event and have a variety of free entertaining pie and gratitude activities. Merchants sharing a favorite holiday treat is a great way to show their gratitude for all their customers!”
Activities include Pie Tastings–vote for your favorite pie and be entered to win pies and prizes from the merchants, Pie Walks starting at 7pm in Journey Church-win a delicious pie or other treats, Pie Raffle, kids’ autumn crafts, Art Shows, roasting marshmallows for s’mores, and more. Pick up your participation and activity list for the evening at the DCA tables in Journey starting at 5pm.
