No need to go to the beach for these oysters…you can grow them right in your own backyard!
WSU Extension Clark County Master Gardeners and Clark County Public Health present Oyster (mushroom) Farming 101 on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 10:00 am to 12 noon.
Learn how you can easily grow oyster mushrooms in your garden. Straw, wood, newspaper and coffee grounds will support the growth of oyster mushrooms.
There is no charge for the class and no registration required. Starter kits will be available at the class for $25 for those wishing to purchase them.
