A gathering of local business professionals is ready to ignite new opportunities in SW Washington. Spring is here, and new business is in the air. Join dozens of like-minded business owners, executives and professionals for the NW Networking Extravaganza. The event was created to help make connections that will boost business development, build awareness of the services and products available in SW Washington and get you in-the-know of the SW Washington business climate. The NW Networking Extravaganza is slated for April 25th at the Your Party and Event Center showroom located at 3132 NE 3rd Avenue, Camas, and will run from 4:00PM to 7:00PM.
“The economy may be booming, but it’s always important to know your best resources, services and professionals in your local area,” said Matthew Ferris, co-founder of the Extravaganza. Expect to make valuable connections, learn about the regional economy, and get the resources needed to continue building your business practice.” This quarter’s host and other co-founder of the event, Pauline Mulcahy, Regional Director of Sales for Your Party and Event Center echoes this sentiment – “Building and maintaining relationships is the key to success in business today. Technology has taken a lot of the personal touch out of business communications, so networking face-to-face is one of the most effective ways to create solid, lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.”
This after work, (or good reason to leave the office early), gathering will be held inside the Your Party and Event Center showroom, as well as in a large tent set-up outside.
“Attendees can look forward to a casual evening of tasteful entertainment, delicious appetizers provided by local caterers and restaurants, a complimentary adult beverage or non-alcoholic option, and a non-hosted bar” noted Ferris. This free event will be packed full of things to do including voting for the best sponsor table display, free giveaways from table sponsors, and a business card drawing for a chance to win a prize.
“Because the Extravaganza is open to all business owners, professionals and even those getting started in business it’s a strong resource. The NW Networking Extravaganza will be held seasonally and will be hosted by a different business in a new location in SW Washington. “Attendees can look forward to new faces, sponsors, and activities to experience every time,” stated Ferris. “Pauline and I wanted to create more of a ‘networking adventure,’ because when it comes to connecting in business, it’s not who you know… it’s who knows you!”
