Will Run for Wine.
The 2nd Annual North County Wine Run is scheduled for Saturday September 22, 2012 and will benefit the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Foundation.
“Over the past decade, Clark County has become Washington’s newest emerging wine region, with growth concentrated in the Battle Ground and Ridgefield areas. The North County Wine Run offers runners and walkers the opportunity to experience this beautiful region through a half-marathon loop and 10K out and back run beginning and ending at Rusty Grape Vineyard in Battle Ground, Washington. On paved country roads, the routes highlight the gorgeous scenery of north Clark County: rolling hills, rural landscapes, and views of Mt. St. Helens.” ~Get Bold Events
