On October 15th come out for some fun (not spooky…promise) for the whole family and meet the real Creatures of the Night.
This FREE event will be hosted at Water Resources Education Center from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
There you will meet live owls and birds of prey, get the chance to dissect owl pellets to discover the skeletons of their last meal and learn why bats are so important in our daily lives.
There will also be cupcakes and refreshments to help celebrate the Clark County Green Neighbor‘s 5th birthday.
If you have not checked out the Water Resource Education Center before, this is a great time to do so.
In addition to special events like this, they have interactive exhibits, hands-on activities, aquariums swimming with fish, toddler-friendly Puddles Place, environmental artwork, natural gardens, wildlife-friendly wetlands and more.
Inside and out, the Water Center is brimming with things for visitors of all ages to do and see…and remember, admission is free.
