The La Center Our Days Steamboat Celebration is a hometown community festival. This year’s theme is Under the Big Top, and they’ll celebrate this weekend, Friday, July 29, and Saturday, July 30, 2022.
The weekend celebration kicks off with the Twilight Parade Friday night, followed by a Movie in the Park “Dumbo” starting at dusk (at Sternwheeler Park).
A slam-packed Saturday features everything from a 5k Fun Run/Walk to a Beautiful Baby contest (but not likely a 5k for beautiful babies) :)
Plus there will be a Car Show Saturday morning, as well as a Book Sale and Bingo during the day, a Cake Walk and a Kidzone in the afternoon, and a Beer Garden Saturday night.
Most of the events will be held at Holley Park unless otherwise noted.
