The Vancouver Elks Lodge #823 presents Elktoberfest, a community gathering of Bands, Brats, and Brews! Enjoy local craft beer, traditional German fare, and lively local bands in their big backyard, located just off McGillivray and Chkalov on Friday and Saturday, September 17-18, 2021.
“Over the years, the Vancouver Elks have contributed millions of dollars in charitable donations. We support local youth with scholarships, scouting, and athletic leagues. We support veterans with Welcome Home kits, donations to veteran organizations, and honoring our veterans. We have supported those in need with Christmas baskets, contributed to literacy programs and a myriad of other interests that directly impact the citizens of Vancouver.”
The City of Vancouver and Vancouver Elks Lodge #823 have been partners since 1904; and while many things have changed in Vancouver since then, the Vancouver Elks have also evolved and still remain committed to supporting local community. All ages are welcome, and you dont have to be a member to join in the fun.
Elktoberfest is their main membership drive and is open to all ages and all members of the community. This event will be held Friday, September 17th from 4:00 PM to 10:00, and Saturday, September 18th from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. “Join us in celebrating friendship both new and old.”
The Vancouver Elks is a 501(c) charity that is dedicated to serving the local Vancouver community.
