Cystic Fibrosis Fundraiser Walk at Esther Short Park.
“Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a devastating genetic disease that affects tens of thousands of children and young adults in the United States. Research and care supported by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is making a huge difference in extending the quality of life for those with CF. However, we continue to lose precious lives to CF every day. That’s why your help is needed now more than ever to ensure that a cure is found sooner – rather than later. To learn more about CF and the CF Foundation, visit www.cff.org.”
Melissa’s nephew has CF and she walks every year as part of Billy Buck’s Battalion. About 15 years ago, I lost a friend due to complications from Cystic Fibrosis; but many advances have been made in the fight against CF in those years, thanks to people like Melissa who donate their time (and money) to walk every year, and people like you who donate their money.
“Thank you so much for your generous donations, I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. It means a lot to know that you support me but also to know that you are helping the foundation to reach a cure for our Billy, and for all those that suffer from CF. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those with CF!” ~ Melissa, Vancouver WA
Can you help Billy Buck’s Battalion meet their team fund raising goal of $1,000?
