Don’t be chicken…come out on November 23rd and get your pre-dinner run on at the Annual Klineline Turkey Trot.
Its more than just a 5k or 10k race, this local tradition donates 100% of the proceeds to Clark County Food Bank and provides a way for the community to come together and give back on this day of thanks.
While all registered racers have the option to track their time via electronic chip, the course is not designed for you to have the fastest race time.
Instead, the Turkey Trot exists as an opportunity to celebrate Thanksgiving and support the community.
All races start and finish at Klineline Pond and start at 9:00 am.
After the race you can cool off in the Polar Bear Plunge…if you are brave enough.
Join in on the fun and jump into the icy waters of Klineline Pond. As a reward, receive a special Polar Bear Plunge towel, certificate and squeeze toy.
The Polar Bear Plunge will happen immediately following the trot at 10:00 am.
