Fun for the Fourth in Felida

hey! sharing is caring :)

Don’t miss out on the special community event that is the Felida Fourth Parade. Head to Felida Community Park on Monday, July 4th. Independence Day activities start at 10:45am, and will wrap up at 2:00 pm, but feel free to stay at the park for as long you want! Put on those walking shoes and line up at 11:00am for the parade around the park.

No bikes, scooters, or skateboards please. Wagons and strollers for the wee ones are ok. Dress up in your best patriotic costume and wave to the spectators lining the route.

There will be display booths, games, and activities after the parade. Kids can earn prize points and redeem them for school supplies, toys, and prizes from out friends at the Felida Neighborhood Association booth. Enjoy free fruit, cookies, bottled water, and other light snacks, and bring you own lunch to enjoy in the park.

This is a celebration of many things, including all children, July 4th, open spaces, awesome parks, and a community working together to improve the quality of life for all!

Felida Park is located between NW 122nd (south) and NW 127th (north) streets, and NW 36th Ave (west). There will be no street closures or motorized vehicles in the procession. Please no political campaigning or selling.
