The annual Race for Warmth is a great way to get out and be active while helping those in your community who may be struggling.
Join Clark Public Utilities for their annual Race for Warmth to support Operation Warm Heart, a customer-funded program to help limited-income families in crisis situations who need help paying their electric bills. The race will take place on Sunday, January 27th starting at 7:00 AM at Clark Public Utilities (1200 Fort Vancouver Way).
Registration for the run is open now until Saturday, January 26th, at midnight online HERE for $30. You will receive a shirt, drawstring backpack with goodies, snacks, entry into a drawing, after party with snacks, and adult beverages. Registration will also be available on the day of the race for $40, but a goodie bag and shirt are not guaranteed.
Choose between a 5K and 10K race. There will also be a FREE kids race. The schedule on race day is as followed: 7:00 AM – registration, 8:30 AM – free kids race starts, 9:00 AM – the 10K race starts. 9:05 AM – 5K Run/Walk starts, and join the after party from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
There will be free parking in several of the public parking lots around town.
